Please note the following regarding our booking and rescheduling policies: We don't offer refunds after booking, but we do allow a one-time free rescheduling in case of emergencies, if notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you miss your session or NO SHOW UP, refunds cannot be processed, However, a rescheduling option is available with a 50% charge on the session fee.
